Lauren Ralston has been known as an "administrative mastermind." With over a decade of ministry experience, she founded Ozark Ministry Consulting to combine her love for organization with her passion for helping faith-based organizations thrive.
Lauren’s background as a virtual assistant and her years in full-time ministry give her a unique perspective that sets her apart. She's skilled at streamlining operations and creating systems that make running a ministry easier and more effective.

Outside of work, Lauren is a wife, sister, daughter, and friend. She and her husband love hosting gatherings for family and friends, and they rescued a sweet dog named Penny. When she's not working, you’ll find her baking, enjoying quality time with loved ones, or sipping coffee.
